United Arab Emirates (UAE) just 5 hours flying tour from Europe is a union of seven sovereign emirates formed in 1971. It is known as the 'land of contrast' for it contains mountains, beaches, deserts, oases, camel racing, Bedouin markets and the legendary duty free shopping in Dubai. All packed into relatively small area Of 32,400 Sq. Miles with a total population of 2.3 million. Capital City is Abu Dhabi and the Shopping City is Dubai, which has become the accepted entry to the UAE although many emirates have their own airports. LOCATION

RAS AL KHAIMAH

Ras Al Khaimah is situated in the northern end of the Country, which is one hours drive from Dubai and is considered the most beautiful emirate. The area is carefully irrigated and is green in comparison and has beautiful beaches, mountains and surrounded by the desert where they have the best camel racing in the country. This emirate is considered very attractive for Tourism and has many good Beach and City Hotels. The average tempreture from September to end April is a very comfortable 22- 30 degrees centigrade and the period May to September the daytime temperature is around 40 centigrade with a high humidity. Due to the breeze from the mountains and the sea the climate in Ras Al Khaimah is more pleasant than the rest of the country.

The Bin Majid Beach Resort is situated directly on the beach and twenty minutes drive from the main City of Ras Al Khaimah.

This is four star Resort with 92 chalet type rooms in clusters located directly on a 2000 meter long sandy private beach. The many facilities of the Resort including the room clusters are spread out on large well-landscaped garden, which is the pride of the Genera! Manager.

AVURVEDA FACILITY FOR WINTER 2002/2003

The present Clinic is expanded with a center-landscaped garden including a fresh water pond. The centre consists of

1. A well appointed Doctors Office and consultation room
2. Ayurveda Kitchen
3. Ayurveda Pharmacy
4. Guest rest area in a shaded Garden in the centre of the Ctinic
5. Adequate well equipped treatment rooms & herbal baths to treat up to 30 guests a day on regeneration & weilness Ayurveda Cure.
6. Toilet and shower facility

A separate Ayurveda Restaurant serving Ayurveda food will be in operation for all three meals. When the guest count is low Ayurveda food will be served in the main restaurant.
